Position Summary
The Fusion (Heat Press) Operator is responsible for operating heat press machinery to apply various types of designs, logos, and artwork onto apparel items, including t-shirts, hoodies, hats, and other garments. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to company quality standards to ensure all products meet customer expectations.
This is a full-time, onsite position in Mableton, GA.

Position Summary
The Fusion (Heat Press) Operator is responsible for operating heat press machinery to apply various types of designs, logos, and artwork onto apparel items, including t-shirts, hoodies, hats, and other garments. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to company quality standards to ensure all products meet customer expectations.
This is a full-time, onsite position in Mableton, GA.
Role and Responsibilities
- Responsible for execution of production work order at right quantity and quality.
- Review work orders to understand design specifications, placements, and garment types.
- Select appropriate heat press settings (temperature, pressure, time) based on the material being used.
- Arrange garments and transfer materials, ensuring proper alignment for consistent results.
- Inspect and prepare transfers, including logos, names, and numbers, for any defects or issues.
- Provide input and suggestions for process improvement.
- Handle additional responsibilities and projects as directed by immediate supervisor.
- Be willing to cross-train within other departments.
- Ensure your assigned areas meet Boxercraft’s cleanliness and organizational standards.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed within building.
- Produce daily minimal 175 pcs per shift
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Skills & Abilities
- Highly organized and detail oriented with an ability to multitask and prioritize work. Staying level-headed in this fast-paced role (Drop Ship).
- Previous experience in heat press operation, screen printing, or a garment production environment is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in operating production equipment and tools, with a willingness to learn new machinery.
- Demonstrated reliability with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Awareness and commitment to maintaining a safe workspace.
- Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds regularly.
Physical Requirements
- Regularly walking, bending, standing, and turning for long periods of time.
- Periodically lifting boxes up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures, depending upon season.
